To the attention of Azercell subscribers
Effective from December 10, 2024, to further enhance service quality, optimize tariffs, and ensure subscriber convenience, Azercell Telecom LLC will implement the following changes:
1. The following service fees will be applied within the "Paycell" service, available to both prepaid (SimSim) and postpaid subscribers (including corporate subscribers):

The “Buraxılmış zəng” service for both prepaid (SimSim) and postpaid subscribers will be available at a monthly subscription fee of 0.60 AZN, while the “Xəbər ver” service will be provided free of charge. To activate both services, subscribers can dial *608*1#YES or text START+ to 6080. To deactivate, simply text STOP to 6080 or dial *6080*0#YES. Deactivation of the “Buraxılmış zəng” service will automatically result in the deactivation of the “Xəbər ver” service, as these services are configured to operate jointly and “Xəbər ver” service cannot be activated independently.
