Incorrect funds were added to the balance of some numbers using technical malfunctions within Azercell Telecom's Paycell service. Incorrect downloads are provided with information about disconnecting numbers and the downloaded funds have been deleted from the balance of the corresponding numbers.
Azercell Telecom, in the future, takes all the necessary measures to prevent such cases, and recommends that subscribers pay attention to the terms of usage of any services.
