To further enhance the quality of services and optimize offerings from “Azercell Telecom” LLC, the following conditions will apply to postpaid (SimSim) lines effective February 1, 2025:

• The validity period of call cards for postpaid (SimSim) lines is set at 90 days from the date of purchase, based on their nominal value. By loading a new call card within this 90-day period, the subscriber can extend the validity and use both the remaining balance from the previous card and the amount of the newly loaded card until the end of the extended validity period.
• In all tariff packages for postpaid (SimSim) numbers, a monthly service fee of 2 AZN (including VAT) will be applied if the total telecommunication service fees for each calendar month are less than 2 AZN. If the total fees exceed 2 AZN, the monthly service fee is not applied. Paycell and Simkredit services are not considered when calculating the monthly service fee.
• At the end of each calendar month, if there are sufficient funds in the balance, the full monthly service fee for that month is deducted. If the balance is insufficient, the fee is deducted sequentially according to the available amount until fully paid. Any remaining unpaid fee is automatically deducted during the next balance top-up.
