To the attention of Azercell subscribers

The announcement published in the “Azerbaijan” newspaper on December 21, 2024, should be read as follows:

To further enhance the quality of services provided by “Azercell Telecom” LLC, optimize offerings and provide a more convenient user experience, the following terms and conditions will be applied effective February 25, 2025:

  • The validity period of top-up cards for prepaid (SimSim) numbers will now include the original validity period plus an additional 90 days. The validity period can be extended by loading a new top-up card. The unused balance from the previously loaded card and the balance of the newly added card will remain valid until the extended period expires.
  • For the prepaid (SimSim) tariff packages “Azercellim,” “Bölgə,” “GəncSim,” “Hər Yerə,” and “Bizimkilər” 2 AZN (VAT inclusive) subscription fee will apply every 30 days. The tariff packages will include 25 on-net minutes and 250 MB of data for a 30-day period. Unused minutes and internet balance will expire at the end of the 30-day period and will not roll over to the next cycle. Subscription fees will be automatically deducted at the end of the usage period if the balance is sufficient. In case of insufficient balance or  the allocated benefits are fully used, standard tariff terms will apply until the balance is topped up.
  • A service fee of 4 AZN will apply for switching from other prepaid (SimSim) to to the “Azercellim,” “Bölgə,” and “GəncSim” packages.
  • For prepaid (SimSim) and postpaid numbers a service fee of 20 AZN will apply for the temporary two-way suspension for a period not exceeding six months.
