To get information about your discounted services balance (excluding Internet), send a blank (empty) SMS to 650.
When the tariff packages are active, the service fee is not applied to SMS received from 650 and SMS provided within the Tariff packages is deducted from the balance.
If the user of "Biznesim 55GB" tariff packs orders internet packages of 55GB or "Gigamax" (priority will be given to the additionally purchased package), and also if the volume of one of the additionally ordered packages runs out before the renewal date, then there won't be automatic switch to the internet bonuses provided within "Biznesim 55GB". To use the internet bonus of the tariff, it is necessary to deactivate the additionally activated 55GB or Gigamax packs.
Subscribers who have a tariff pack and internet bonuses provided within the tariff pack can order any monthly internet package and use it. Priority will be initially set on the monthly internet package, and if the internet pack expires before the renewal date, the traffic included in the tariff package or internet bonuses within the package will be used automatically.
The exception to this rule is the monthly 55GB internet packages and Gigamax packages, in which case priority will be given to the internet-bonuses within tariff package, not the internet packages. After the bonuses expire, an automatic switch to the 55GB internet package or "Gigamax" packages will occur.

If your subscription was to the 55 GB tariff plan, you may continue using the internet free of cost at a reduced speed of 64 kbps until the end of the validity period.
For all other tariff plans, internet access to the number is suspended if the data allowance is used up before the pack expires and there is no other active pack. The subscriber is then forwarded to internet.azercell.com for the opportunity to purchase a new pack. They may also choose out-of-pack internet use which is charged at 0.05 AZN per 1 MB.

"My Business" tariff plan is meant for individual users within a business. It may not be used for mass business communication, for example, to send advertisements and spam SMSs. It may also not be used together with devices such as a Simbox or Fix GSM, as well as part of any other illegal telecommunications service that is beyond the basic end-user capabilities of individual mobile phone devices.
Any violation of the terms of usage of "My Business" tariff plan set by Azercell at its sole discretion will result in the termination of "My Business" tariff subscription on the number used to conduct the violations. All subsequent use of telecommunications services on that number will be charged at the relevant rates set for those services.
In-tariff bonus minutes can't be used for roaming, special coded (dialed with *) and short numbers.
A call or internet usage made a few minutes before 23:00 may be reflected in the system after the billing process starts (after 23:00). Minutes and traffic spent during this period will be applied to the new invoice. Also, the minutes and internet volume used after 23:00 on the billing day will be reflected in the new bill.
