From 01.08.2016, connecting to the Business 20 and Business 16 packages has been suspended.
Subscribers wishing to connect to the Business 10 package should contact the appropriate curator of the company they work for.
In order to opt out of business packages, subscribers may apply to Customer Care offices or the company curator, or to Support line (upon written request). At the subscriber's request, the package can be canceled both immediately and during the billing cycle.
From August 7, 2017, the calculation interval in the Business 10 package is 30 seconds, while the calculation interval of the Business 20 package (Business 16) is 60 seconds.
The presented balances (call minutes, Internet and SMS) can only be used in domestic destinations and do not apply to the following services:
Roaming - call / SMS
Call / SMS to short numbers (including call to 6565)
Pay For My Call service
Flash SMS
Call For warding
When the internet balance shown in the above table is finished, the fee for each additional 1 MB of internet traffic is 0.025 AZN/MB.
Business Package users (Business 10, Business 16, Business 20) will be able to use their free SMS within the 650 service. Thus, SMS received from 650 (SMS reply after call, USSD and SMS) will be deleted from the free SMS balance of the Business package. By means of 650, subscribers can check balances of all services provided within the Business 10/16/20 packages: minutes, SMS and Internet.
Within the Mobile Internet Service, it is possible to get balance information by sending the word BALANS to “2525” short number (service fee is 0,01 AZN).
It is impossible to check the balance of business packages via *100#.
When the service balances provided within Business packages are finished, the service fee is calculated in accordance with the current tariff package.
Conference calls are used from free call minutes.
If the balance is used after 20:00 on the billing day, the funds will be deducted from the previous billing cycle. If the free minutes in the Business Package are finished, the funds will be deducted from the ordinary balance (i.e the amount will not be deducted from the business package and will be calculated according to the tariff used).
During the transfer operation: If the corporate number is transferred to the name of a physical entity, the Business Package will be canceled, but if the number is transferred to the name of another company, i.e remains as a corporate number, then it may remain in the Business package upon the subscriber's request. That is, the subscriber must indicate the tariff the number will connect to in the company's letter.
From 25.02.2017:
Subscribers may order Corpo MIP and monthly MIP packages from the numbers with the Business 10/20(16) packages. Corporate clients, who are in the Business 10, Business 20, Business 16 packages, will be able to order Corpo non-renewable and ordinary monthly MIP (from 16.03.2017). It the number has both a Business Package internet balance and renewable monthly MIP, then renewable monthly MIP will be given preference.
Corpo MIP will not be ordered if the internet balance of any package is not finished. You can order Corpo packages only after the MIP balance of the Business Package is finished (all packages available on the number must be finished to order the Corpo package).
