• Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00 (Only requests received via the portal (https://support.azercell.com/) are processed.)
• Sunday is a non-working day.
Calls received during non-working hours are forwarded to the general Call Center. Requests received via the portal (https://support.azercell.com/) after 16:00 on Saturday are processed from 09:00 on Monday.
