Corporate segment subscribers can use the following services by contacting the Corporate Contact Center:

• Information on current tariffs, campaigns and services

• Implementation of various operations (in written form)

• Technical support

📞 Working hours:

• Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (Calls and requests received via the portal (https://support.azercell.com/) are processed.)

• Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00 (Only requests received via the portal (https://support.azercell.com/) are processed.)

• Sunday is a non-working day.

Calls received during non-working hours are forwarded to the general Call Center. Requests received via the portal (https://support.azercell.com/) after 16:00 on Saturday are processed from 09:00 on Monday.
