Be kindly noted that all rights and obligations related to the number used within the scope of the services provided by “Azercell Telecom” LLC shall apply only to the Subscriber (the person whose name the number is registered in) under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the terms of the Subscription Agreement regulating relations with subscribers and the rules existing in our company.
At present, we are working on the issue of registering some numbers in the name of a subscriber. These numbers are sent a notification SMS and the subscribers are requested to apply to the Customer Care offices with the documents on the use of the number at least, and additional documents if available (a copy of the Subscription Agreement signed by an official dealer or authorized representative, etc.).
Otherwise the service to that specific number will be stopped.
