To the attention of Azercell subscribers

In order to further improve the quality of services provided by "Azercell Telecom" LLC, to optimize the tariffs offered to customers in an environment where the need for mobile internet is constantly increasing, and to provide a more convenient and comfortable usage opportunity for subscribers, the following changes will be implemented from May 13, 2024:

1. For the numbers belonging to the prepaid (SimSim) line system, the “İstəSən” tariff package and “GəncOl” (“GəncOl 6”, “GəncOl 9", “GəncOl Weekly”) tariff packages intended for the use of subscribers will have a service charge of 0.08 AZN per minute for all net calls when the usage limit is reached before the end of the validity period or when there is not enough balance on the number to renew the respective package. Similarly, a service charge of 0.05 AZN per MB of internet usage will be applied when the data limit provided under these tariff packages is exceeded before the end of the validity period or when there is not enough balance on the number to renew the respective package.

In return for these changes, subscribers are provided with a more comfortable and convenient usage opportunity by offering all net calls instead of the off-net and on-net calls made beyond the volume provided within the respective tariff packages. At the same time, to reduce the need for additional packages when the data limit provided within the respective tariff packages is exhausted, a more favorable condition is applied for subscribers in terms of the service charge for subsequent internet usage, as well as when there is not enough balance on the number for package renewal. The service charge for internet usage will be adjusted to more favorable terms (reducing the service charge per 1 MB of internet usage from 0.10 AZN to 0.05 AZN).

2. For the numbers belonging to the prepaid (SimSim) line system, within the “Bolge” tariff package, a service charge of 0.06 AZN will be applied for each minute of all net calls in the regions. At the same time, within the same package, the duration of one free call after the third minute of on-net calls will be increased from 15 to 20 minutes, providing a more convenient usage opportunity for subscribers.
3. For numbers related to both the prepaid (SimSim) and postpaid line systems, new subscriptions to the “eSIM numbers with a gift" Campaign will be discontinued. Existing terms and conditions of the Campaign will continue to apply for subscribers who have joined before the specified date.
4. The "Sərbəst 6", "Sərbəst 10", "Sərbəst 15", "Sərbəst 25", "Sərbəst 50", and "Sərbəst 75" tariff packages intended for the use of subscribers of both the prepaid (SimSim) line and postpaid line systems will be discontinued.

In the prepaid (SimSim) line system: from the specified date, numbers belonging to the prepaid (SimSim) line system that do not switch to other tariff packages until the next renewal period will automatically be replaced with subscriptions to more favorable tariff packages listed below in the following order, without a service charge for the tariff change.

In the postpaid line system: for numbers that do not switch to other tariff packages by the next billing cycle (correspondingly, every 5th or 25th of the month) following the end of the current billing period starting from the specified date, the existing package will automatically be replaced with subscriptions to more favorable tariff packages listed below in the following order, without a service charge for the tariff change.

Note: *Information about the "Premium 50GB" and "Premium 75GB" tariff packages will be provided to subscribers on the official website of "Azercell Telecom" LLC before the date of change.
