The number of regional AzEx offices reached 28
Azercell Telecom LLC continues to increase the number of Azercell Express offices in Baku and in the regions in order to provide its customers rapid and high quality services. As of October 18th new AzEx office will be available for company’s subscribers on 249, H. Aliyev avenue of Astara city. Along with the subscribers from Astara, the citizens of the neighboring regions can also benefit from the services to be provided at the new AzEx office. Similar to others, this AzEx office will also operate on the basis of "one-stop shopping" concept allowing customers to benefit from three services in the same location. Customers can make payments of their monthly bills, use the full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a new number.
Note, that nowadays Azercell operates 18 AzEx offices in Baku and 28 in the regions. Moreover, 4 Customer Service offices operate in Baku and 6 in the regions. Azercell plans to further increase the number of AzEx offices both in Baku and throughout the country until the end of this year.
