The number of Express offices in Baku reached 19
Azercell Telecom continues to increase the number of Express offices both in Baku and in the regions to provide its customers with rapid and high quality services. So, as of February 6, the new AzEx office was presented to the subscribers at 3, Natavan Street of Balajari settlement.
New AzEx office will operate on the basis of very convenient for subscribers "one-stop shopping" concept. This concept allows customers to benefit from three services in the same location: make payments for their phone bills, use full range of customer services and buy a new phone, data-card or a number. We would like to note that, Azercell Telecom was the first mobile operator among CIS countries to introduce its subscribers such services by launching the first Azercell Express office in Baku on August 27, 2004. Currently Azercell has 19 AzEx offices in Baku and 29 in the regions. Moreover, at the present time four Customer Service offices operate in Baku and six in the regions.
New AzEx office, opened in Balajari will provide people of this developing and growing settlement not only with the speed and convenience in getting the desired services, but also enable them enjoy the benefits of the most professional and exemplary customer service in the country.
It is worth noting that Azercell will keep on increasing the number of AzEx offices both in Baku and throughout the country to provide all interested to benefit from the broad range of rapid and high quality services. During the current year Azercell will present 3 more offices in Baku and 5 in the regions for the use of its subscribers.
