Through 18 years of its operations, Azercell Telecom LLC has supported educational development and capacity building in Azerbaijan. The company is successfully continuing its activity in this field. Thus, a conference titled SDLC (Software development Life Cycle), Realities and Experiences) took place at Khazar University on April, 14 with the organizational support of Azercell, Keytorch, UX Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Testing Board (ATB).
Three representatives from Azercell joined the conference and presented interesting information to students.
Company employee Javid Karimov presented broad information on Development Phases of the software currently applied in Azercell and informed the students how the company standing out for high quality of its products succeeded on this.
Emil Ismayilkhanov, another company representative, gave detailed information about UX, User Experience, its development in Azercell, stages of implementation, used applications and software. He mentioned that in order to ensure easy and beneficial use of services by clients, implementation process begins with the introduction of identifying preferences of the customer, as well as setting specific client-oriented features.
Ilham Seyidnurov, other employee of Technical Department of the company, informed the students about current status of application testing process, as well as required competence and the need to advocate testing at the universities.
Azercell representatives also answered numerous questions of the students on Azercell’s software development stages and product testing.
Azercell Telecom regularly conducts projects aimed for the development of the youth. Under the Student Bursary program of the company, capable youth studying at Azerbaijani universities get a great opportunity to receive special bursary from Azercell and take internship at various divisions of the company. İn addition, Azercell cooperates with the leading universities and helps to improve their material and technical bases. With the initiative of the company, E-learning room was opened at Khazar University and the first 4G laboratory was established at Qafqaz University.
Azercell will continue to focus on supporting education and the youth in the country.
