Joint training program on "Customer Service Management" by Azercell Academy and ADA University Executive Education will take place on 18-19 February.

This program will focus on various strategic initiatives of Customer Service Management. It is divided into four modules which can be viewed as the essential parts in Customer Service processes: CSM concept; the process of hiring and selection; training; process development and evaluation; infrastructure and technology in CS. The primary intent of the program is to show “big picture” of whole Customer Service Management.
