To the attention of Azercell subscribers
Effective from 05.09.2024, “Azercell Telecom” LLC transfers all property and copyrights of digital card “akart”, including customer accounts, account histories, customer balances, service fee payments, cashback refunds, account transactions and all other related information, as well as any debt obligations of customers under this service, to “A-Solutions Elektron Pul Təşkilatı” LLC.
“A-Solutions Elektron Pul Təşkilatı” Limited Liability Company is a subsidiary of “Azercell Telecom” LLC. Pursuant to License EPT-001, issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 16, 2024, “A-Solutions Elektron Pul Təşkilatı” Limited Liability Company is authorized to issue electronic money and carry out payment transactions related to electronic money, as well as provide other payment services as stipulated by this license. Customers failing to submit to “Azercell Telecom” LLC a request to terminate the akart service by the specified date will continue to use the services provided by “A-Solutions Elektron Pul Təşkilatı” Limited Liability Company under the same favorable terms.
