Great Oracle conference was held on May 14 in Azerbaijan for the first time. This initiative which was organized by the Oracle USA and supported by Azercell was held in the form of a meeting within OTN (Oracle Technology Network) EMEA tour.
The most popular 4 Oracle specialists met IT amateurs first in Germany, then in Italy and Azerbaijan within the framework of EMEA tour under the sponsorship of Azercell. They shared their experiences and introduced the latest technological innovations to the participants. Different lectures were delivered on updating Large Databases, preventing delays in data query, software used for database operation during OTN meeting.
İn general 7 speeches were made at the meeting. 1 hour-panel discussion was organized and the questions by the participants were responded in the final session. Participants asking interesting questions were awarded with special gifts and 2 persons were selected for Oracle course by lot.
The most famous Oracle specialists in the world, such as Christian Antognini, Mike Dietrich, Joel Perez and Bjoern Rost took the floor in the conference.
Entry to this interesting event was free and more than 160 persons attended the conference.
There was no doubt that, Azercell Telecom LLC would undertake such an initiative as a leading company supporting ICT development in Azerbaijan.
