All postpaid subscribers who purchase a business internet pack will get a discount of 20% off the retail price.

Internet speeds vary by network. 4G networks feature speeds as high as 190 Mbps while 3G networks features speeds as high as 21.6 Mbps.

No, Azercell conveniently renews the same pack on your postpaid number at the end of the billing period unless you request a cancelation. To cancel the auto-renewal service, SMS minus to 2525.

If a number is suspended or has been cancelled when the billing period ends, the system verifies its status again within 30 days. If the line is re-activated in this period, the auto-renewal occurs again. If the line has not been activated by the end of this period, the subscription is automatically cancelled.

To get information about your balance, send a blank (empty) SMS to 2525 or dial *100 # YES on your phone. Each SMS to 2525 costs 0.01 AZN.

If the Internet package expires, a subscriber is diverted to a special link for continuing the use of Internet. The main advantage of this service is that there is no need to send SMS or dial a special code on a device screen to order the Internet package, a subscriber is directly diverted to the relevant web-page. After shifting to this page, a subscriber will be able to use 1 out of 3 options by pressing one button.

Postpaid subscribers will be charged the subscription fee for the current billing cycle in the following bill cycle. If the billing cycle is longer than 30 days, the next invoice may reflect the charges for both the current and next month’s internet packs.

All internet data expires at the end of the month and cannot be rolled over.

These data rates only apply to Internet use domestically within Azerbaijan. When a subscriber is in roaming, the relevant data rates from the roaming Internet packs will apply.

No reimbursements are offered when a subscriber cancels their internet pack.

To deactivate or unsubscribe, postpaid subscribers must SMS STOP OR STOP AY to 2525. Any data remaining from the monthly pack expires immediately and no refunds will be issued.

Within the scope of Campaigns for Data Card and Galaxy Tab, these terms will be applied from the next billing period on completion of the credit period upon subscriber's appropriate campaign conditions. It is not possible to order a new Internet package before the end of Internet traffic provided within various campaigns, auctions and etc, or the end of its usage period.
