If a number is suspended or has been cancelled when the billing period ends, the system verifies its status again within 30 days. Postpaid subscribers will be charged the subscription fee for the current billing cycle in the following bill cycle. If the billing cycle is longer than 30 days, the next invoice may reflect the charges for both the current and next month’s internet packs.

The features provided in the “GigaMax” internet packs are for personal use only. The use of the internet for various purposes on devices other than smartphones and tablets may involve the withdrawal of funds from the main balance. The use of packs in this way is undesirable and prohibited.
When sharing the provided internet volume (AP - access point, mobile hotspot, etc.) and exchanging the main access point with other devices, the internet service will be limited and the subscriber will be redirected to a special page indicating the reason for the restriction.
