To use the mobile Internet in roaming, it is required to activate the roaming service.
If the internet package does not work in roaming, the LTE / 4G service on the device should be deactivated.
For the correct operation of the Internet package in roaming, in the device settings in the APN section, it is necessary to register the word "Internet".
Check for roaming partners in the country you are visiting before traveling. When traveling, an operator should be selected manually.

Azercell allows its subscribers to activate their Internet package in roaming using SMS, USSD-code or through the “Kabinetim” application.

Subscriber will not be able to purchase a new roaming data pack if there is internet data remaining on the current roaming pack.

To check the internet balance, it is required to send BALANS to 2525 or dial *100#YES.

It is also possible to get balance information via "Kabinetim".

Balance information for postpaid subscribers may be delayed in roaming as they are received from the external operators serving them.

The charging interval for data is 1 kB.

The validity period of the 400MB roaming internet pack is 3 days. The remainder of the traffic unused during this period will be canceled without refund, and free texting in WhatsApp will also be suspended.

If the MBs provided within the package expire during the session, the service fee will be deducted according to the current tariff. WhatsApp use is also suspended.

When the subscriber line is closed unilaterally or bilaterally, the use of the roaming Internet package is automatically stopped.

To deactivate the internet package, just send an SMS with the keyword stop401 to 2525 or dial *100*401*0#YES.

Any remaining internet data expires immediately and no refunds will be issued.
