Subscribers with internet packages within their Tariffs will not be able to use auto-renewable packages

No, Azercell conveniently renews the pack on your number every day. If there is insufficient balance in your account to purchase the pack, the system will attempt to renew it again for 30 days. If there is still insufficient balance at the end of this period, the subscription is automatically cancelled.

Yes, 50MB and 500MB internet packs may be purchased and used multiple times on the same day. However, you can only purchase and activate a new pack after the data balance of your current pack has been completely used up.

To get information about your balance, send a blank (empty) SMS to 2525 or dial *100 # YES on your phone. Each SMS to 2525 costs 0.01 AZN.

If the Internet is used up before the pack expires and there is no other active pack, internet access to the number is suspended until the end of the validity period. The subscriber is then forwarded to www.azercell.com for the opportunity to purchase a new pack. Subscribers who do have an active monthly internet data subscription will have their data access transferred to that pack when the daily internet data balance is used up.

All internet data expires at the end of the month day cannot be rolled over.

Postpaid subscribers will be charged the subscription fee for the current billing cycle in the following bill cycle. If the billing cycle is longer than 30 days, the next invoice may reflect the charges for both the current and next month’s internet packs.

These data rates only apply to Internet use domestically within Azerbaijan. When a subscriber is in roaming, the relevant data rates from the roaming Internet packs will apply.

To deactivate or unsubscribe from the daily 50MB pack, SMS stop 50 to 2525.

Any Internet data remaining from the pack expires immediately and no refunds will be issued.
