Azercell introduces its Mobile Sales and Services. This service allows customers who are unable to visit Azercell stores to use Azercell services at their preferred address.
Within the scope of the service, Azercell’s experienced specialists visit the customer’s requested location and carry out the relevant sales and service operations on-site.
How to order?
Customers can order Mobile Sales and Services by contacting the Azercell Call Center.
After the request is registered, the customer will be contacted within the next 1–2 business days to agree on the service date, and the service will be provided at the agreed address.
Important information
If the customer refuses the service after the Azercell specialist has arrived at the requested address, the Mobile Sales and Services fee for the relevant zone must still be paid by the customer.
Currently, the service is available only in the areas listed above.
