SMSRadar informs users instantly when a vehicle registered to them incurs a fine or traffic violation. Users of the SMSRadar app can keep track of registration, insurance and other vehicle-related details.
The SMSRadar service is available to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers.

To get details of any fines a vehicle has incurred, SMS the serial number of the vehicle (e.g. 00XX000) to short number 5666. You will receive an automatic response requesting the Technical Passport number of the vehicle (example: AA000000) to be sent to 5666 via SMS.
The monthly subscription fee for the service is 1 AZN (VAT inclusive). Each SMS sent to short number 5666 costs 0.03 AZN.
To deactivate the subscription, send STOP to 5666 via SMS.
If the subscriber has 2 active subscriptions to the SMSRadar service, and wishes to deactivate one of them, and the other to remain active, the subscriber can deactivate them separately. This operation can be carried out through the application (using the section "My vehicles") or via SMS (texting “stop”, then the vehicle number, which the subscriber wants to deactivate, for example, stop10OU088 and sending it to the short number 5666).
