Those who are not “Bölgə” tariff subscribers but wish to subscribe to “Region24” pack must first be switched to “Bölgə” tariff (by texting BOLGE to 7575). A fee of 1 AZN will be deducted from the balance when changing the tariff.
The daily activation fee of 0.99 AZN is deducted from the balance immediately.
The pack is activated immediately after the request was sent and can be used until the end of each day (until 23:59:59).
Upon first activation, it will be valid until the end of the next day (00:00). On subsequent recharges, it will be valid until the end of each day (23:59).
Subscribers can activate this pack only once a day. To perform the operation, you should have at least 0.99 AZN on the balance.
The service fee for using the pack is 0.99 AZN per day.

When activating the pack, 500 on-net minutes are transferred to the balance for use during the day. These bonuses cannot be used for calls in Baku and Absheron.
The billing interval for calls is 1 minute.
The bonus minutes are intended only for on-net calls. These minutes cannot be used for calls to short numbers.
Services not included in the pack are billed at “Bölgə” tariff.
To deactivate the pack or cancel the subscription, just text STOP via SMS to 2553 or dial *253*0#Yes.
All bonus minutes are immediately canceled when the subscriber deactivates the pack or changes the tariff plan or number.
The internet traffic provided under the pack is intended only for use within the country.
The internet traffic provided under the pack can be used in the regions, as well as Baku and Absheron.
