ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Free 20 minutes can be used only on local onnet calls
• Charging interval for free calls: 60 seconds
• 50% discount is valid from November 8^th during 180 days for the campaign subscribers. The discount also applies to the renewal cost of Internet packages ordered during this period. After 180 days, the ordered packages will be renewed at their own price.
• If the traffic allocated within the pack is used before the usage period, Internet access will be forbidden until the end of the usage period and subscribers will be forwarded to www.azercell.com to order new Internet packs.
• Send empty SMS to 2525 or key in *100#YES (free of charge) to check your internet balance.
• In case of existence of the Internet traffic in the balance, it is possible to order the package with bigger Internet volume and t he unused traffic (volume) of your existing package will be consolidated with your new package .
• In case of existence of the Internet traffic in the balance, it is required to use at least 95% of available traffic in the current package when ordering less volume Internet traffic. The unused traffic (volume) of your existing package will be consolidated with your new package.
• The last ordered Internet package gets automatically renewed in the balance.
• A subscriber can use the ordered internet packs once he receives a message on the activation of the service.
• Unused internet traffic cannot be transferred to the next usage period.
• Unsubscribed customers will not get back money for the unused Internet package.
• In case of package absence for GencSim, Azercellim subsribers 1 MB = 0.20 AZN, for another subsribers the price is 1 MB = 0.40 AZN.
• To deactivate Monthly Internet pack subscribers must send the keyword “stop month” or "0" to short number 2525 or dial *100*0#YES (in this case the subscriber's remaining Internet volume will be immediately canceled).
• To deactivate Daily 50 MB Internet pack subscribers must send the keyword “stop 50” to short number 2525 (in this case the subscriber's remaining Internet volume will be immediately canceled).
• To deactivate Daily 500 MB Internet pack subscribers must send the keyword “stop” to short number 2525 (in this case the subscriber's remaining Internet volume will be immediately canceled).
• It is not possible to activate “Unlimited 1 hour” and “Unlimited 3 hours” Internet packs at the same time.
• Subscriber can activate several mobile Internet packages at the same time. In this case, packages activated at any time will be consumed in accordance with the following priority sequence. A package with a minimum validity period is considered as priority.
