You can activate the subscription in several ways:

After activating Yandex Plus via the Azercell app, you must create a Yandex ID using the subscribed number.
If a Yandex ID was not created during activation, you can do it later in the Azercell app. However, it is not possible to activate the “Yandex Plus” subscription without a Yandex ID.
