The usage opportunities provided within the framework of Azercell tariffs are intended only for personal use. Using the relevant opportunity for other purposes (sending advertising and SPAM text messages, using other devices not considered suitable for use by law, providing illegal telecommunication services, and obtaining income other than meeting personal needs) is prohibited.

For Prepaid users

It is possible to change the current tariff:

• By sending the name of the tariff to 7575 (the cost of 1 SMS is 1 AZN);
• Through "Kabinetim";
• By approaching Azercell Exclusive offices.

For postpaid users

It is possible to change the current tariff:

• By sending the name of the tariff to 650;
• Through "Kabinetim";
• By approaching Azercell Exclusive offices.

From 01.08.2023, all postpaid subscribers in the personal customer segment are suspended using the internet service in the absence of any internet package in the number.
