When subscribers who have received the Premium status by joining the “Premium” tariff switch to another tariff, their status is automatically canceled.

Other customers who have obtained Premium status can take advantage of the benefits of the Premium+ Loyalty Program for 6 months. After 6 months, customers' activity will be reassessed and their Premium status will remain active for the next 6 months if they meet the same criteria.

  • If there is a debt on any Azercell number;
  • In case of number restriction status;
  • When the subscriber has a VIP status;
  • If the subscriber has a number connected to Data Sim tariff;
  • If it is Corporate segment number.

The Premium status and its benefits remain active until the end of the current/ongoing 6-month subscription period.

When “Premium” tariff subscribers switch to a new line, the Premium status and its benefits remain active if they are subscribed to one of the “Premium” tariff packs.

The system will automatically check if the subscriber meets the other Premium criteria. If so, Premium status will remain active, otherwise the Premium status will be canceled.

In this case, the Premium status is immediately canceled.

Premium subscribers are automatically redirected to the Premium Support Line when contacting the Call Center or connecting to the online chat between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. When contacting outside of business hours, Premium subscribers are directed to the regular Call Center, and their requests are treated as higher priority.

All types of services can be provided, except for the itemized bill service.

In a single application Kinon Premium combines high-quality live broadcasts of more than 240 local and foreign channels, as well as new films and series from renown film studios.

  • Premium tariff users are given the opportunity to use the "Kinon Premium" service for 6 months as a special offer. After the end of the offer validity period, the monthly payment will be calculated according to the current rates and will be 9 AZN. The special offer can only be used once.
  • To activate the "Kinon Premium" service, the user must subscribe to one of the Premium tariffs, and then activate the service by dialing *805#YES or directly from the "Apps" section of the Azercell app.
  • To cancel subscription to “Kinon Premium”, dial *811#YES.
  • The subscription is not canceled when the "Kinon" application is deleted from the device. The above amount is deducted from the balance until the subscription is canceled.
  • A single subscription for the whole family! Create up to 5 profiles in the application, including an account for children, and watch your favorite movies, series and channels on various devices at the same time!
  • It is possible to watch the content on various devices at the same time. Supported devices: smartphone, tablet, computer, Android TV, Smart TV.

Postpaid subscribers can get an itemised bill for the previous 2 months from the date of application.

Incoming calls received while roaming may be listed. Only incoming on-net calls are listed, with the exception of calls made using Clir or Soclir.

Please note that itemized bill does not include details of incoming calls and messages.

Prepaid (SimSim) subscribers can get a itemized bill by contacting any Azercell Exclusive store.

With the “Soclir” service, you can withhold your number while calling, i.e. make it invisible on the screen of your interlocutor's phone. To use this function, you only need to dial #31# before the number you are calling to. To subscribe, please contact Azercell Exclusive stores.

Please note that the use of the “Soclir” service does not guarantee that the number will not be identified during off-net calls or while roaming; hiding the number is guaranteed only within the Azercell network.

It should be noted that it is not possible to activate the “Soclir” service for a number with active Soclir+.

Only subscribers with Premium status can benefit from "Fast track" service.
