Starting from July 1, 2025, new subscriptions to the “Azercellim”, “Bölgə”, “GəncSim”, “Sadə8”, “GəncOL” tariff packages under the Prepaid (SimSim) line system are suspended. Subscribers who subscribed to these tariffs before the mentioned date will be able to continue using the relevant tariff packages on general terms until the current subscription is cancelled.

When the subscription fee of the tariff is paid, the line of the number will remain bilaterally active for 7/30 days.

Note: During the day, the same “GəncOL” tariff pack can be renewed no more than once a day (within 24 hours).
The validity period of the "GəncOL Weekly" tariff pack is 7 days. The validity period of the "GəncOL8" and "GəncOL11" tariff packages is 30 days. Each pack is automatically renewed if there are enough funds on the balance on the last day of the validity period.
You will have to wait 24 hours.
Your existing internet package balance will be also transferred to "GəncOL".
If your "GəncOL" tariff’s bonus internet runs out before the validity period ends, you can renew it by sending the relevant keyword ("GəncOL Weekly”, G8, G11) to 7575.
If you use up all the in-tariff minutes before the end of the validity period but still have data left, it is not possible to renew the pack.
To check tariff bonuses, send an empty SMS to 2112. Each SMS costs 0.02 AZN.

Upon renewal or deactivation of a "GəncOL" pack, all remaining minutes, SMS and data are erased and not rolled over.
Bonus in-tariff minutes are available only for calls between "GəncOl" subscribers. Cannot be used for roaming, international calls, special encrypted (with *) and short numbers.

Starting from October 25, 2022, the service for free internet packs of 750MB, 3GB and 6GB intended for the use of “Busuu” application within the "GəncOL Weekly”, "GəncOL8" and "GəncOL11” tariffs offered to prepaid line (SimSim) subscribers of “Azercell Telecom” LLC will be discontinued.
If all bonuses provided under the "GəncOL" tariff have been used, but the package has not yet expired, the service fee will be as follows:
Within the “GəncOL” tariffs, a speed limit of 64 kbit/s is applied to the traffic provided for text messaging on “WhatsApp”. Starting from 25.01.2021, for numbers belonging to the prepaid (SimSim) line system, within the “GəncOL” tariff packages, text messaging in the “WhatsApp” application is first provided through 1GB of free internet volume. Then, it is possible to use 500MB of traffic allocated for “WhatsApp” within the “GəncOL” package, and afterwards the main internet volume included in the tariff.
If the main internet volume provided within the “GəncOL” package is exhausted before the end of its validity period and no additional internet package is purchased, it is possible to use 10GB of free internet volume with a speed limit of 16 kbit/s for the above-mentioned text messaging until the end of the relevant period.
To keep the line of the number active for a long time, the tariff package used must be renewed before it expires. For example, by paying a subscription fee of 3.90 AZN for the “GəncOL” Weekly tariff, the number will remain bilaterally active during the tariff's validity period (7 days).
