You can renew the pack a maximum of once a day, every day of the month. Upon renewal, the former pack’s bonuses will be erased.

In-tariff minutes only include calls made from Sərbəst Prepaid to Sərbəst Prepaid and from Sərbəst Postpaid to Sərbəst Postpaid respectively.
Tariff minutes are not valid for roaming, international calls, calls with * (asterisk) and some short numbers.
If a Sərbəst customer utilizes an additional internet pack, priority will be given to that pack.(except the 50 GB internet pack)
Sərbəst customers can use any monthly, daily and unlimited data pack. If the tariff changes, the current data pack stays active.
Customers without enough money in their balance (or for internet pack purchase) will be charged 0.1 AZN per 1 MB of data, 0.06 AZN per on-net minute and 0.08 AZN per off-net minute.
After completion of in-tariff internet bonuses, internet use without a pack will be charged at 0.10 AZN per 1 MB. Data calculations are rounded off to the nearest 512 KB. Rounding interval for calls is 60 seconds.
