With call forwarding, calls received but not answered on one number are transferred to another number of your choice. Call forwarding also happens when your phone is switched off or outside the network coverage area.

Several types of call forwarding are available to subscribers. Activate the service you need with the relevant code:

When the phone is switched off or out of the coverage area:

• To landline number: **62* 0 city code, number #YES
• To mobile number: **62* +994 operator code, number #YES

To deactivate this service, dial ##62#YES

When the phone is busy:

• To landline number: **67* 0 city code, number #YES
• To mobile number: **67* +994 operator code, number #YES

To deactivate this service, dial ##67#YES

When calls are not answered:

• To landline number: **61*0 city code, number #YES
• To mobile number: **61*+994 operator code, number #YES

To deactivate this service, dial ##61#YES

To forward all calls:

• To landline number: **21*0 city code, number #YES
• To mobile number: **21*+994 operator code, number #YES

To deactivate this service, dial##21#YES

To block incoming SMS:

• Activation: *35*xxxx*16#yes
• Deactivation: #35*xxxx*16#yes

To block outgoing SMS:

• Activation: *33*xxxx*16#yes
• Deactivation: #33*xxxx*16#yes

You can also activate or deactivate call forwarding directly from your phone menu.

PRICES

In case of active call forwarding service the subscriber will be charged for incoming calls. Calls are charged at the rate for standard in-tariff calls in the subscriber’s tariff plan.
