Additional information

The top-up services are available for prepaid subscribers while roaming.

Postpaid subscribers can top up while roaming by sending the 13-digit code of the scratch card to 650 or via 141.

However, please note that services that require IVR will not work outside Azerbaijan.

Upon a successful recharge, a notification SMS is sent to the number which has been topped-up.
If the top-up for a postpaid or prepaid number fails because the payment card did not load during the invoicing process, please try again the following day after 9 a.m.

You are given 3 chances to enter the code correctly. After the third unsuccessful attempt, top-up services for your number will be blocked for 24 hours. You can unblock the service immediately by sending a blank (empty) SMS to 1001 (prepaid) or 650 (postpaid) numbers. Each SMS costs 0.02 AZN.

This service is not available for postpaid numbers.
