For Prepaid line system the number is deactivated if the balance is not topped up within 180 days after the expiration of the last top up made.
For Postpaid line system the number is deactivated if the line is suspended unilaterally due to accumulated debt or bilaterally upon subscriber’s request and if not restored during 6 month period.
Individuals and Legal persons can switch to Azercell from other operators by applying at any Azercell Exclusive offices with the relevant documents.

In order to carry out the restoration operation of prepaid line numbers, subscribers must top-up their number accounts (numbers to be restored) by presenting 5 AZN card. Service fee in the amount of 2 AZN (VAT inclusive) will be charged during the operation.ᅠ
