To join the tariff, you need to contact Azercell Customer Support or one of Azercell Exclusive offices with an identity card and an official document issued by the relevant state authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, confirming the status of a veteran.
The tariff have been launched since 08.11.2021.
After activation of a number, 3 AZN bonus will be added to the balance within “Xoş gəldin” campaign.
Free numbers will be provided within the campaign until 31.12.2024.
From 05.11.2022, subscribers who join the campaign for the first time are given 50 minutes for on-net calls. These minutes are only valid for the first month of the subscription.
The tariff is intended only for prepaid subscribers.
You can subscribe to the tariff only by presenting an official "War veteran" card issued by the relevant state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, namely:
The Ministry of Defense;
The Ministry of Internal Affairs;
The Ministry of Justice;
The Ministry of Emergency Situations;
The State Security Service;
The Foreign Intelligence Service;
The State Border Service;
State Service for Mobilization and Conscription;
The Special State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Security Service of President of Azerbaijan Republic;
Special Communication and Information Security State Agency;
State Agency for Strategic Facilities Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, or a military identity card with a note on the passage of military service and participation in hostilities during the war. The procedure and sample for issuing the "War veteran" card were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decree.
You can subscribe to the tariff by visiting any Azercell Exclusive offices with the above documents and identity card.
Cancellation of the tariff and tariff change are possible based on the standard conditions for changing the tariff.
To switch to the “Azercellim” tariff, you need to apply to Azercell Customer Support or visit one of Azercell Exclusive offices.
Note: if the subscriber performs the process of "Name-to-name registration" or switches to a postpaid line, he/she will not be able to take advantage of the offered benefits.
The tariff can be activated only by choosing one of these numbers.
Only one of the presented offers can be used on one number at the same time.
The subscriber can subscribe to the tariff with his/her existing number. However, in order to join the "Veteran" tariff, the subscriber must also subscribe to "Azercellim" tariff.
