The Information and Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA), which is authorized for the Regulation of Telecommunications and Postal Services in Azerbaijan, has launched the new "E-şikayət" electronic service.
On this portal subscribers can create an electronic application (or complaint) to the Operator or Provider providing services in telecommunications, send the created application (or complaint) to the Operator or Provider through the "E-Şikayət" electronic service, and receive the answers provided by the Operator and Providers.
