How to cancel mobile number portability request?

Mobile number portability request can be cancelled by 18:00 of application date at any Azercell Exclusive offices with providing the relevant documents:

Individuals:

ID card.

Legal entities:

Letter of intent signed and stamped by the authorized representative;
Letter of attorney;
ID card of authorized person.

Individuals and Legal persons can switch to Azercell from other operators by applying at any Azercell Exclusive offices with the relevant documents.

The person who registered the number in his/her name can visit one of Azercell Exclusive offices with an ID card and restore his/her number. For this, the subscriber must top up the balance with at least 6 AZN, and this amount will be deducted to activate the selected tariff.

Prepaid line subscribers may switch to Postpaid line without changing the number.

Individuals should visit Azercell Exclusive offices with an ID card.
Deactivation of individual entity’s’ number via Call center for a short period of time requires to dial *1111.
